Another DSVita update

This update adds the option to enable widescreen mode in all games

Not many games will work great with this feature, however if they do work, it's a much better experience than having to play them in stretched mode

Additionally I've written a small compatibility list

Mario Kart with widescreen

Pokemon Heartgold with widescreen
