This is how my hen Amanita gets into the tree every night. All my turkeys sleep in this dogwood.

It's chick season and many of us are hatching out chicks or possibly buying for the first time. I learned a hard lesson last year so please learn for my mistakes. Chick starter does not have the nutrients needed for young turkeys! On the back and bottom of your 50lb back of chick starter in a place you probably can't even see until the bag is empty is a warning that it is not for turkeys under 7 weeks. Please give your chicks the best start in life and don't lose birds unnecessarily.
