Are there any reputable breeders or stores that I could get a pair of rats for my daughter. They will probably be family pets as well because she is six and I’m not going to hold perfect expectations over her. She is shown enough responsibility and she’s just been wanting something small to cuddle for the longest time. Stuffy’s only goes so far.
