Is there a way to replicate this way of cooldown tracking right now or is this something that will stay dead because of the addon restrictions?

Because to me this was way more fun and engaging then just looking at a glorified centered ability bar, and i really miss them, because somehow they made the game feel more like a game, if that makes sense.
