Looking for a roommate to take over for my friend when they move June 21st, rent would be $777 plus $45 for water, electric fluctuates and wifi is $25 per person. Female roommates only, lgbt friendly and no smoking indoors.

Home is close to Byrd park and in between VCU and Carytown

Upstairs neighbors are loud but area is safe and quiet other than that, house is a bit old and small. Allows cats with a fee.

There is a security deposit of $700 due before the 1st but i can be flexible
