So as a result of starting the new multiverse by using the beyonder's power, our boy was sent to the shadow realm, as punishment for using the beyonder's power, Doom gets away Scott free because he basically takes on his punishment by wielding the power even though he's restoring the multiverse.

When I say shadow realm, he's being sent to the Void or the abyss, there was a different punishment set out, but this is the beyonder's way of having mercy and testing bob.

After all is well with the multiverse, he is sent there by the beyonder, and for some time he lives there. Knull begins to be intrigued by this stranger's presence, he had since felt a shift in the way things had existed, to him, all this serve his ultimate goal of once again ruling the universe through darkness.

He tried to recruit Bob to his side, Bob refused. Knull is enraged so he begins a war against Bob within his own domain. Bob always had the advantage because even though he was in a world full of non-existence he was the sole conduit from which existence poured into.

During this war he learned how to wield his power as Bob Reynolds without having to transform or switch psyche with either Sentry or the Void.

Knull decides to go after what Bob had accidentally let slip from his mind, first, before conquering the rest of the universe. In this version of the primordial void, knull has the ability to not really read but hear the thoughts of other entities within the primordial void, unless they are shielded.

Bob is locked away and chained up somewhere deep down in a dungeon. Meanwhile, there is a crisis on Earth, Knull has spread millions of symbiotes across the Galaxy to search for this planet. The invasion was abrupt, with his presence came a darkness that made people forget who they were, creating a non-existent like atmosphere.

The Wakandans and F4 had already sensed him before he reached the atmosphere. They were on their way to the New Avengers Tower, after yelling Namor of the situation. While all this was happening, our hero spent what felt like a century in that dungeon.

As his memories continue to fade, Knull makes a habit of checking in on his prized trophy, those moments in which he checks in are relief to Bob, who can hear sounds during these times, in one of these specific moments, he hears something that triggers a principle that he holds dear to himself at the very bottom of his soul, that helping others is the best thing you can do.

That is what he holds on to, then he begins to remember again, someone from outside of the Void who has been searching for him begins to speak to him from within.

Mystery Character (MC):

"Robert, I know you can hear me.

The battle you were meant to fight is now upon us. You are the only one who can defeat The King in Black."

Bob feels his memories begin to flow back into him, he soon realized that his loss of memory was tied to his internal belief that he was limited.

He tells himself that he should have noticed it, that anything that fell within this region would go into a state of non-existence, but he did not, therefore he is limitless.

He broke free from the dark chains that held him bound. As soon as he did that, a horde of symbiotes began to attack him.

MC:

"You have the power to be the destroyer of this world, but you can also be it's savior."

Bob uses the chains that are attached to the ground to mercilessly beat the symbiotes down, swinging those chains of darkness with immense fury.

MC:

"You believe you're unworthy to hold this power because you couldn't lift Mjolnir, but fate does not make mistakes."

During the speech, Earth's mightiest heroes joined together as one, to face the darkness, most were consumed, only a few remain. Doctor Strange and Wanda were in another dimension entirely, therefore leaving Earth defenseless against an attack of this magnitude.

As MC continues to hype up and motivate Bob Reynolds, he continues his fight with Knull, before he too becomes completely consumed by the darkness, he says this.

MC:

"We were wrong about you, the world doesn't always need a White Knight, nor the shadow that follows the man, but the shadow that is the man.

Don't you dare give up on us now, the world, the universe needs you."

At this point Bob Reynolds has reached the entrance of the dungeon, he flies vertically while emitting iridescent light, he goes beyond the speed of light and there's a hole in space. He senses darkness all around, but he travels to the most concentrated part, blending in with the darkness and using it as cover, he hides his presence.

As soon as he arrives on Earth, he sees the whole earth covered in and unescapable black mist. His presence drove away that darkness.

MC 2:

"Uncle Boooooobbbb"

He turns to the right, and sees knull approaching a child, dressed in blue and white pajamas, with blonde hair.

He moves on instinct, his movement so quick and instantaneous that it looks like teleportation. He stands in front of the child to defend him.

Knull:

"You survived, but how, that darkness it was supposed to make you forget who you are until you became nothing"

Bob remains silent, trying to wrap his mind around what has occurred on his home planet.

It was only until recently that he had found a home, in the Thunderbolts, in Yelena, but he was forced to consider the bigger picture.

Bob then releases his power and teleports everyone on Earth into a pocket dimension where they can be safe even though they're still moving around like zombies possessed by the darkness.

Doctor Strange and Wanda soon arrive and are in awe, of not only what has happened on Earth but the fact that, the Sentry has returned.

Our hero hands the blonde haired child to them, the duo offers their help, but are rejected.

Sentry:

"Knull is a primordial concept with a body, as someone who was subject to his darkness for decades, I alone know how to deal with it."

Bob then does the unthinkable, he fully embraces the Void, but someway, somehow he retains his control.

He becomes a ghost to Knull who can no longer distinguish his own darkness from the Void's darkness, allowing his darkness to flow to the same rhythm that Knull does.

For the first time, in eons, The King in Black feels fear.

Bob analyzes how the darkness moves and realizes that Knull is using his symbiotes as beacons of a network, in order to spread chaos and darkness.

Disguised as that very darkness, Bob begins to give the symbiotes commands that they believe are coming from the King of the Void, but only a portion of them are receiving this message.

That is with a purpose, because systemic chaos cannot be spread by agents who are mentally enveloped in it.

The blanket of darkness begins to shift and crack, Knull adjusts his stance and focuses his energy in an attempt to stabilize the darkness made manifest in the form of mist. He is struggling to adjust to his new circumstances, Sentry appears, recognizing that this is the time for action.

Bob realizes that his enemy's weakness is his own ego. When Sentry appears, Knull can no longer afford keep his attention on the foundation of his dark mist. The longer his attention remains on Bob, the wider the cracks begin to form, and the weaker that blanket of darkness becomes.

Knull brings out his Necrosword, and proceeds to make some small talk.

Sentry:

Puzzled look

"By the cosmos, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!"

Knull:

"Behold the Necrosword, fashioned from the combination of a symbiotic organic and my own darkness. Slayer of gods, if you will."

Knull attempts to strike Sentry, but before he can do that, Sentry forces Knull to experience what he experienced from his own perspective, perfectly mirroring his memories into the Knull's Psyche.

He had experienced decades of silence and imprisonment within that dungeon. Decades without purpose or any connection to existing reality. Knull lived in the abyss but never experience what it was like to be it's prisoner. Knull begins to question the certainty of the supremacy of darkness. Doubt had been, for the first time, introduced to him, and he did not like it's smell.

Our hero's goal is to make Knull believe that going after Earth is not worth and that consuming the universe with his darkness will mean nothing.

Sentry offers a solution to Knull's internal dilemma.

Sentry:

"After being a prisoner for years I realized something. Submission is of no use to you, neither is fear or destruction. Darkness was here first, it's real, it's large, it's deeper than one can know, it is the fabric on which reality is painted on, but consuming everything is not the way to show the strength or supremacy of the darkness, all you display when you do that, is that nothing really matters, and that's false.

Look, I know what it feels like to live within darkness, but letting it consume everything, just another form of emptiness, darkness is not emptiness, is it?"

Knull ponders upon these words and comes to a conclusion that it is better to withdraw, at the moment.

Bob Reynolds had done with no other could do, in the eons that Knull existed, make him feel seen.

For being whose entire purpose was To rule The Darkness, within his own darkness, that stance had been more disorienting than any defeat could ever be. He releases his hold on the Earth, Sentry brings back everyone from the pocket dimension, as they arrive, they are restored with no recollection of what had occurred, except for our heroes.

Knull left and took his army with him back to the primordial void.

As he sets his eyes towards the Sun, he recites these words: "The light will always overcome the darkness."

Btw, can you guess who MC was?

I've been seeing a lot of people mention mythical weapons as in multiple, so my question is are there different elemental weapons other than the sword of fire?

Let's say that Doom promises to remove the Void from Bob and promises not to harm his family, when he becomes God Emperor Doom. Would this be sufficient enough for Bob to betray the heroes? how would you feel if he did turn on them?
