Blueberry delayed wakeup

Blueberry delayed wakeup

Hi all, I am trying to figure out if one of my blueberries is in trouble and needs attention. In the photo, both blueberries are the same type, Darrow. The one that looks good despite also not being fully awake yet either is one year older, this is the 2nd winter for the other one. The one that looks good probably gets an extra 15min of sun per day on this Zone 7 north-facing deck. I do add sulfur to the pots every year, and already hit them both with liquid ammonium sulfate last week. One thing that worries me is I see a healthy crop of weeds in the pot with the healthy blueberry (same with a lot of my other potted plants) but basically nothing in the pot with the slow waking blueberry. I just wonder if maybe I went too crazy with the sulfur and made the potting mix super acidic (even though I nominally put the same amount of sulfur in both pots). The other thing is some of the buds on the dozing blueberry are crispy, so I wonder if it got damaged by a pretty severe late frost we had, or the very severe cold snap in January (although in that case I'd expect both plants to suffer). My plan is/was to put both blueberries in the ground this spring.
