Neibghour with vile bins
Can I set up a door camera on my flat door to catch a neighbour being antisocial?
One of the neighbours in our flat building keeps dragging their ripe bin bags through the corridors and the lift. It’s happened three times this year - it leaves an unbelievable smell and they leave a puddle of bin juice in the lift. It’s not your regular bin - everyone in the building has been up in arms about it as the smell is unbelievable. It’s not normal. And the most frustrating part is that the person causing this doesn’t clean up - other neighbours have to step in and clean the carpets and the lifts. We don’t know who keeps doing this, but I suspect it’s one of the flats on my floor.
I’d like to get a door camera to try and figure out who it is. It feels wrong filming other people, but we’ve made multiple calls for the person to clean up after themselves and sent a notice to all residents through the building management company, but it keeps happening.
Can I get a door camera? And if so - any recommendations? I don’t need a fancy one, just want to know who it is and report them
