(uk) Santander gave me £570 randomly. Been on phone and they said it's from them.
I received a random £570.80 from "bank giro credit ref Santander online". After an hour on the phone and the colleague speaking to other colleagues, they've said it is a refund of payment protection and is %100 from them and can't be charged back and I can spend it.
Im very confused and baffled, he spoke to several colleagues, assured me it's from them and Its mine. Also said it can't be charged back as well.
Anyone got any advice? What should I do?
