Hello just wanted this information to be out there for any other interns or students wanting to know what the interview process and pay/bonuses are offered at RSM as of May 2026 for incoming interns.
The interview process was very easy. Recruiter contacted me the day after I applied and got me scheduled for a call a few days later. A week later I had the interview with 2 senior managers and then received the offer a few days afterwards. Overall the whole process only took me about 2 -2.5 weeks from me sending my application to getting the offer.
It’s a winter tax internship in MCOL city. Pay is $38.50 with a $3,000 sign on bonus.
