Every time I try to download an app from the cloud. Apple tries to make me put in payment options (even if the app is free) when I put in my payment options it doesn’t do anything and prompts me to put in my payment options again. I’ve tried using different cards. I am completely at a loss. I have an IPhone 16e and am on iOS 26.3
