This is the floorplan of a house for sale in my area. It’s not exactly what I was looking for, but it’s on a nice big lot, and has a great deck.

I’d love to hear your feedback on it. I always like to see what other people notice about floorplans that I would never think about. How would this layout be for aging in place?

Right off the bat, I don’t like the weird Den off the kitchen. I would have preferred a pantry or more kitchen storage.

I also don’t like that there is no separation from the entry into the dining/living room. I really wanted a huge great room and a big dining room, but beggars can’t be choosers!
