My husband and I could really use some advice. We’re going back and forth on a big decision.

We currently have an order in for a Model Y standard, but with the Model 3 premium now being priced so competitively, we’re reconsidering. This will be our main family car and the one we use for most of our road trips and vacations.

We have a 6-year-old who still uses a car seat, and we’re also thinking about having a second child in the future. I feel like the Model Y makes more sense because of the extra space, it just seems more practical for a growing family and longer trips.

My husband, on the other hand, likes the Model 3 because it feels more “premium” and has more features, even though it comes with less space. He’s even considering giving up our Model Y standard deposit to switch.

For those of you with families (especially with young kids), which would you choose and why? Do you think the extra space of the Model Y is worth it, or is the Model 3 still a good family option?

I just pulled the trigger on a Model Y Standard (RWD) and I’m super excited. While I’m waiting for delivery, I’ve been looking into accessories and wanted to get some real-world recommendations.

Main thing I’m curious about right now is floor mats, there seem to be a ton of options.

Are the Tesla all-weather mats worth it?

Any brands you’d strongly recommend or avoid?

Also open to suggestions for other must-have accessories you wish you bought right away.
