We are thinking of putting an inground pool in our back yard. This will obviously require a building permit.

The issue is that right next to where we are going to put the pool, there is an oversized storage shed (over 120sf) that should have been permitted. It is also too close to the property line (less than 5 feet).

Do yall think the City of Bakersfield construction inspectors give us grief over the shed?
