Mom just turned 50 and we've been talking about her health recently. I want to support her in taking better care of herself, so I thought I'd provide her with supplements she needs for her age.
She's not really into complicated routines or taking a dozen pills, so ideally something simple she can take daily and actually stick with.
I've noticed a lot of the 50+ multivitamins are iron-free and more focused on things like vitamin D, B vitamins, and bone support, which seems to make sense for that age, but I'm open to learning more about this.
