Lease Term: Available starting in June 2026 through July 2027 with option to renew. Or short summer lease from June to August 2026 with negotiable price.
Rent: $1,440/month, heating, water and gas for cooking included. Central AC is available. Average electricity bill is only around $30/month. (Summer lease rent is negotiable)
The living room can also be subleased if needed.
