My wife's new car paint work is ruined by car park users

My wife works in healthcare, couple years ago we got her a new car (VW Polo) not thinking about the car park situation in hospitals. Since then there is a new scuff out of the paint every single week. I don't know how to deal with this, do we just suck it up? If so what can I do to prevent rusting which is affordable when these things pop up every week. Attached an example of just 1 of many. The front bumper and back is absolutely covered. Assuming it's a human not a car for some of them as there's no paint marks but some literally have red or green paint around it. I can't imagine we can part exchange it for a reasonable amount because of this if she wants to upgrade the car, and even then it probably won't be worth it because there's no point upgrading cars when this happens.

I know we can get a dashcam to maybe catch the culprit if we're lucky but not sure if that'll even help.

Any advice? Sorry if wrong forum

Edit: as posted in replies, this one's a bad example and it's a wall scuff. I should have used the bumper photos for examples where there's a variety of different colour paint marks on it. Appreciate could still be her, but I know her well enough to know that it's not
