I have replaced the carburetor before and it worked great for a year. It went out again leading to today. I replaced the carburetor again. It has new gas and oil. Also a new battery. It will not start unless i pull the idle with my own hand (circled red in picture). It will then idle up and down constantly on its own blowing white and black smoke. I let it run for a minute to see if it was just burning off oil or gas but it doesnt change. I took it apart again but i dont know what to do at this point.
