Help - Worker bees and A Frame that is too big for the box.

I purchased a nuc, and it came with 5 frames. I installed those 5 frames in a deep Propola hive box, added 4 more frames, an a internal feeder, an inner cover, and a top cover. It’s been okay. My Golden Cordovans are not only sweet and gentle but also the most productive bees ever, so they are ready for a second box.
I tried to install the second box (medium size), and that’s when I realized that one of the frames was too big — so large that it didn’t fit in like the others. The wooden part of the frame sticks out and prevents the second medium box from closing properly. I hadn’t noticed this before because with the inner cover and the lid, there was no problem.
I want to replace it, but I don’t know what to do because most of that frame is capped brood (worker bees in the making) and honey on the edges, with the other side full of nectar. What can I do? I also want to add a drone comb frame as part of mite prevention

My babies (Female Indian Runners) are 4 weeks old and I wanted to share some pictures of my lovely angels.

Looking to hear the opinion of experienced beekepers on Norroa and other mite treatments.

Which do you recommend? Keep in mind I just have two hives. Located in Humble Texas.
