HEEEEEEELP! I need help with knowing wtf titration is + how tf the units work.

This is my first year as a high school student learning chem and legit failed our redox test and now we're straight onto doing titration in pairs.

Recently we've been learning how to dilute stuff and the mol triangle. What I don't understand is how tf do you find the mol mass of an unknown chemical when making a solute?

We ended up making a solute of Ammonium Hydroxide (common ingredient in hair dye) and Hydrochloric acid. We used 25ml of NH4OH, and 125ml of HCL in a 250ml volumetric flask.

I know the molar mass of the hcl but not the nh4oh. We're all kinda stuck..

+ Is it algood if i still have a headache from this? Our teacher provided no safety gear other than glasses and everyone said they had headaches and were dizzy after. Is this just a common side effect?
