Steam install on linux. Running proton 9.0.4. Happens with and without OBS running. Bakkesmod is not injected (I haven't even gotten it working offline yet in Linux anyway). Everything worked just fine with EAC all day yesterday.
I'm allowed to immediately rejoin the match every time, but I'll get kicked again 30 seconds to a minute later. Based on in game chat, other people have been seeing this issue. What's up?
Edit: This happened every game on the Steam client. I switched to the epic client and didn't have any issues. I went back and verified the steam files (no changes) and tried again and haven't had issues since. Not sure why that happened, but hopefully that doesn't happen again. Thanks for all the suggestions about weird hardware issues.
