I'm interested in hearing some opinions from you folks on what aspects or mechanics you feel make for fun and engaging skirmish wargame systems. Is there anything that, for you, helps a game feel like more than just a couple miniatures getting in base contact and chucking dice at each other for a couple rounds in a row? in particular, if anyone had some examples of games that they feel implement them well, I'd love to hear which ones!
