I’ve recently read the book Piercing from Ryu Murakami and I loved it. I was so interested how it so greatly can show the mind and how someone who went through trauma thinks and perceives their thoughts. Putting their trauma and mental problems into gross sexual desires for the secondary character harming herself being the only way to feel pleasure. I thought it was beautiful written and would love to read more by him.

However I do like to branch out more on different authors so I’d love to hear more on anything similar to this!!
