Section 21 issued June 2025 - property re-listed May 2026

Hi guys just after some advice. I was served a section 21 notice last June with the reason given the landlord wanted to sell, I've just seen the property listed for rent with a 40% markup. Do I have a case for a rent repayment order now the new renters rights bill has come into affect? I incurred substantial costs moving and now pay a lot more a month in a new property. Any advice appreciated thanks
