I bought 500 shares over a year ago. As the stockbis now popping i check and there are no shares.

I checked history and I never sold nor is there history for it.

Wtf.

On hold for over 20 min now with webull and no response to online requests either.

About to go the way of robinhood for me soon.

Any ideas how to get ahold of people when you need it right away?

update: after 45 min on hold a nice guy picked up. very helpful and showed i was reverse split out of the position. its not super easy to see but was in my messages spot.

im happy with the first time needing service. wish they could pick up sooner but it is what it is.
