Liver taste
So recently I started this diet, then stopped for like 2 weeks but am resuming again. I bought frozen grass fed liver, I know frozen isn’t optimal but it’s the only grass fed liver I’ve been able to find where I live, my question is what is it meant to taste like? I find the toast kind of enjoyable but after eating more than a few bits it’s so dense and overpowering I kind of gag, the main notes I get are earthy and similar to manure taste but not in a bad way, just tastes like cow. Also how true is it that freezing is bad?
