Hi guys. I got a 2005 325xi automatic with the n52b25. Lovely Car. One thing that worries me. When i put my foot down the engine crackles. It sounds not like any engine noise i know else (chain, tickickg etc.) It is a rythmic and also not always there.

this only happens whilst driving between 2500-5000 RPMs. Sometimes its louder somtimes less.

I disconneted the outer Disa wich changed nothing. It has been going on for a 2000-3000 km. Engine perfomance is not affecte. Not codes either.

Any ideas ?
