At current, if you challenge the Butchers domain as a part of a warplan, he is ludicrously op compared to the rest of the bosses. I don't mean in the way of "he has a bit too much health or does too much damage" or something small like that either. I was on a T10 build where I'm 3-shotting other warplan bosses, and he took 20 minutes of whittling his health down with billions of outgoing damage. It appears to only be him, because I fought Herald of Hatred later on in the same warplan and it was business as usual carnage. For some reason the Butcher and the Butcher alone had actually 10,000x health.
