I built MindTheClub — a messaging app where everything travels directly between phones over encrypted WebRTC channels. No central server stores or relays your messages. Group chats use a gossip protocol so there's no single point of failure either. Text, photos, videos, voice messages, file sharing, audio/video calls — all peer-to-peer, all end-to-end encrypted. It's live on Google Play as Open Testing (1,000 tester cap). I'm the sole developer and I use it daily, but I need people on different devices and networks to stress-test it properly.
