After tips from reddit and tips from gemini I adjusted the saddle a bit lower and more forward, and the cleats a bit backwards. I now feel my glutes more and my calfs less. Is there any more pointers that you guys can see? Also i believe my hips are a bit unstable. Any bikefit or workout tips for this getting more stable on the bike. I am a bit new on the roller, so maybe a bit more stable out on the road

Have some inbalance in muscles etc because of many acl tears in right knee. Want to use cycling to build back up symmetry and balance in the anatomy. Any tips on the fit?
