I am in shock. I hadn't opened Reddit all day and when I logged in, on my home page was a post about him. At first, I thought that it was just a "joke" and I opened the sub for confirmation

I was left speechless and couldn't comprehend what happened.

All of the times I had interacted with him came flashing. I had a soft spot for him as I thought of him as a younger friend and loved to talk with him

I JUST had nicknamed him "Chintu" as he asked for a nickname, I thought I'd get to keep calling him that for as long as I could.

I was deeply saddened when I saw his surgery/survivor complex posts and tried what I could do. The day that he made a comeback post saying that he beat cancer, I felt proud. Yesterday, when he told us his achievements I felt happy to see his success

May Allah forgive all his sins, give patience to his parents and give him the highest of highest of ranks in Jannah

I'm left torn apart as I try to come to terms with the fact that one of US is gone, Asher is gone
