Using more as wearable rather than watch. Is there a more complication driven screen?

I’m not quite sure how else to word my question (having a bit of a flare today and my brain’s gone too mush). I’m using it more as wearable because my cardiologist wants me to have an immediate ECG / HR on me due to POTS & SVT’s (I use visible armband & app too - so lots of tracking - because demand avoidant and need lots data to help me know where I’m at to pace & rest or I just won’t stop 😵‍💫)!!

I quite like how I’ve set up the apps up on this infograph face and mostly it’s quite informative, but I was just wondering if there was one that was more complication forward (and the time is a smaller part)? Bottom left is the StressWatch, Top right is Nutracheck cals left for the day.

I’m really new to the Apple Watch World, so I don’t know all of the jargon, (& my cognitive dysfunction is like moving through treacle today) !

I got my watch maybe three weeks ago, and I’m not sure why it hasn’t built up any blood oxygen data? Is there a particular setting I need to do on my phone or in an app? I’m a newbie with the Apple Watch.

I always resisted getting one because with chronic illness and chronic inconsistent cognitive / neurological dysfunction I thought it would be a bit too much to manage (especially remembering to Charge it), but now the data is quite important medically. My cardiologist also suggested it would be good to have an immediate ECG on me (I get SVT’s / nightly bradycardia/POTS).
