Anyone use List Birmingham to sell a house?
“List Birmingham” is a flat fee real estate firm which charges $6500 to list your house plus 2.5% for the buyers agent commission. In my case it has the potential to save me like $10k compared to 5% for listing/buyers agent commission. It seems legit. I’ve seen their yard signs occasionally.
Anyone have any personal experience?
