I received a request saying "My name is xxx

I am looking for a 3 month stay with a possibility of extending for 3 adults and 1 dog. Is this something you can accommodate?"

Firstly our house is pet friendly with enough room for the 3 guests. I have asked for more details and the purpose of the stay. What are your experiences with requests such as these? I would like to get a long term guest, but would like some advice on how to be more confident of what we are getting with these guests with no history. The booker has no previous bookings and joined Airbnb this year (doesn't say the date)
