Applied for a new Dubai business partner visa on a DED mainland license with a business center Ejari. But was told to get an actual office with DEWA bill for Entry Permit.

Has anyone been through this before? Where can I get a DEWA registered office space without emptying my wallet?

I thought this rule was only for renewals and not new businesses.
