I’ve been having pain since Sunday (today is Thursday). And I’ve been reading some threads about how magnesium has helped some people, but they never mention which magnesium they’re taking.
Also on another note, I’ve seen people that drinking ACV helps them with the pain, I wanna try it but I’m not sure

I’m Latina, living in Latin America. There’s this popular meme video going around about a woman (the video is in Spanish), and there is this trend of reenacting the video in other languages. My problem here is, I saw a non black Latino content creator doing a “translation” of the video using AAVE (unnecessarily imo), and I called him out in the comments, and no one is supporting me and they’re telling me im “too woke”, then the creator responded to my comment saying that AAVE would be the equivalent in Spanish bc the woman of the video is from a barrio (a low income neighborhood), and I disagree, I don’t think it’s the equivalent, and I think his use of AAVE was unnecessary. So now everyone’s commenting I’m too woke or that I’m doing too much lmao, and I’m starting to think that I might be… The lady in the meme video looks like she might have some African roots, but that doesn’t mean that just because of that it automatically translates to AAVE, specially when the creator using it for content is not black…
