Looking at a few options:

1. ⁠Extend the kitchen into the ‘study’ area to make the kitchen a bit bigger

2. ⁠Build a corner bench seat in the study area, coupled with a long skinny dining table to turn this into a dining area (better functionality with the kitchen), leaving a very large living area

3. ⁠Moving the entire kitchen into the study area, and try to turn the old kitchen + laundry into a study or small third bedroom

4. ⁠Any other better ideas?
