Driving to college tomorrow - does anybody know if it’s still open seeing that it’s near the end of the year? Thanks!

Was driving home and a signal came up on the dashboard that said “anti pollution faulty” with an orange engine light. I noticed the car was slightly stuttering and sometimes struggled to reach 100kmh and maybe got up to as far as 90kmh instead

Bit worries, let me know what needs to be done. I’m due for a full car service soon soon so I wonder if this is the reason?
