Hi! So I just rolled a 401k into an etrade IRA, and need to get it re-invested. Lets call it a round 400k. Early 50's, so would like to be about 70/30 moderate-risky/safe. Have about 100k in hysa, and 250k in general brokerage and Roth. Looking for some good mix suggestions.

Actually want to mention I am kind of worried about the market right now. So slow rolling a bit in case things turn down is an option

Thank You!

So our current situation 52M/48F

401k = 380k

Roth = 40k

Brokerage Account (various stocks) = 200k

HYSA = 110k
(Also rent out a condo with about 300k equity. House about 400 equity.
No real debt outside of the mortgages)

I feel that we have too much in the HYSA - but man - I'm scared to invest with all the uncertainty. What is the typical % for folks in something like that?
