Publix

Ok. So I went from a DoS hating my job, and my leadership. To now, taking a hefty pay cut after a couple of months of searching for another leadership role and falling short. I got denied a security supervisor position at Publix due to them hiring an internal candidate instead, even after several great interviews. They then offered me a normal officer position, which I accepted because after 2 months of no work, something is better than nothing. The security manager also said, that he’s been budgeted another supervisor position, and as soon as one of the other normal officers leave, that slot will become a supervisor position and I am by far the most qualified person for the job (his words not mine). My question to y’all, have any of you worked for Publix security? What do y’all think, how’s the work environment like? From what he was saying, most people that even make to supervisor never leave and all of his have been there 5+ years. The benefits seem great, other than dental, which is what I saw in reviews and he also said the same thing in our interviews? What can yall tell me?

Hey all. So I have a phone interview for a company called The Draco Group this afternoon. They are based in Atlanta, but I haven't really heard of them beyond me applying for the job. I tried looking up reviews on Glassdoor, etc., but also couldn't find anything on them. If any of you have worked for or know someone who worked for them, any insight you can give me on the interview/hiring process would me amazing. Thanks guys.
