[NJ] What are key resources for NJ renters to have?

I'm thinking: ways to look up rental reviews (if there is such a thing), key laws and who to contact for support, financial aid, maybe checklists to see if a rental is suspicious idk.

In general, just stuff that would help a renter handle tough situations in the NJ market.

If it's ok to ask :)

I'm just very lost and thought it would be a good collection of tools for others.

[NJ] Does two months notice mean I can't move out before the two months are up?

Landlord's not renewing my lease and I'm looking for a place, just wondering what the timing for moving out can be. Don't want any surprise hassle or fees. Lease doesn't have specifics on that, turns out (my oversight).

I read that may is peak moving season so I was hoping to move before that but maybe I have to wait may out?

First time in this specific situation, sorry if question is wildly ignorant lol
