10 new skills and only 1 will be in the normal pool (Fireflood Charm). The absurdity of IS. It’s starting to get really annoying to see New Heroes banner with only 1 (maybe 2, if we are lucky) 5 star unit added to the normal pool. And then the unit comes with skills that are outdated by today’s standards.

My thoughts on some of the skills

Rival Break Skill

I can see the potential, but it’s a bit unfavorable because it heavily relies on initiator to move. If the initiator doesn’t then the skill does nothing. This is good for only those with some form of built in canto. I say this because Cavs prefer skills like Impetus Guard and Patience and currently there no modern skills that give canto, other than Gust skill but that’s an A skill.

Sigurd Ring is definitely the way to go if using this skill if the unit has no form of Canto.

This skill really does well with the Outcry Seize skill.

I do like the skill but I think I would prefer Gust skill as the. requirements are easier.

Atk/Res Unrest

I like this skill a lot, BUT I am not a fan of the heavy restrictions (only for Range Infantry).

Perhaps I.S. did the restrictions because of Detect Aerial, but this skill is so much better overall.

Supportive and gives DR to unit. Honestly they should have allowed for Range Armors at the very least, because this would have been a really good skill for them (and they recently gave us some).

A/D/R slam

Another example of too many restrictions for inheriting. At least this one is for all dragons.

Still sucks for me, because this skill would have been great to give to Beast, if they included them.

As for the effects, it’s an in-between for me. This skill is primarily for Enemy phase. Not necessarily a bad thing but the HP requirement is at 75 percent or more for it to work at Player phase. Very limiting, since it’s easy to drop the foe’s HP. I think I would have preferred the condition of having an ally within 3 spaces if they couldn’t drop the HP requirement lower.
