I will have completed 6 months of coaching with Blissmode and it has really changed how I few my diet and exercise goals—for the better! But I really hate the “coaching” aspect. I don’t need motivation, I don’t need someone telling me what to do better…I just want the workouts and macros/meal plans! Is there an app out there that prioritizes continued growth and also helps with calculating macros? I have loved the program aspect of Blissmode because it’s straightforward and I’m a great rule follower—I just really don’t like having to do weekly check ins and post pics. Help!
