Quick trick
When I was having 3 to 4 lucid dreams a week the most important thing I did during the day was to stop and ask myself if I was dreaming and then do a lucid dream check. By consistently asking yourself if you are dreaming you will find yourself asking it in your sleep. Also in order to stay in the lucid dream for longer I would spin around in circles. I don't know why or how I learned that but it always worked. There are other important things to do to induce lucid dreaming but that one is number one.
