About to launch a wholesale operation in the DMV with a $10k starting budget, $1,800/mo operating expenses. Running 2 VAs from OnlineJobs.ph at $4/hr on 4-hour shifts using Mojo Triple-Line dialer. PropStream for lists, Batch Data for skip tracing, REsimpli for CRM. VAs cold call and vet, I handle closing and follow up only not on the phones myself. I used to be in car sales as a salesman I was pretty good. I know it’s not the same but I have a full time job and don’t have time to cold call. Targeting first deal in late July, 5–8 closed deals by year end.
Anyone running a similar closer only setup? What broke first, and what would you do differently? Triple-line vs dual-line for $4/hr VAs — overkill or worth it? Appreciate any honest takes from operators who’ve actually done this.
