I’m currently in the early planning stages of developing an early intervention autism program for preschool-aged children in Northeast Ohio, and I’m looking to connect with BCBAs who are passionate about a more collaborative, child-centered model of care.
One of the biggest goals for this program is creating an environment where therapists work together as a team instead of functioning as completely separate entities. I want a setting where communication, consistency, creativity, and shared support are part of the culture — not an afterthought.
I’m especially interested in connecting with BCBAs who:
• value early intervention
• believe in collaboration across disciplines
• care deeply about staff culture and burnout prevention
• want to help shape something intentionally from the ground up
• are tired of the “ABA factory” model and want something more thoughtful
At this stage, I’m primarily looking to network, learn from experienced professionals, and build relationships with people who align with this mindset.
