I bought pokemon cards from this seller, elevatedgamingofficial, and ALL of my cards arrived damaged. They then BLOCKED me after requesting a refund and leaving a negative review. I am in contact with whatnot support but I can’t get past their automated system to talk to a real person.
No one buy from this guy…

Hi! I purchased ~$100 in pokemon card from whatnot and they were ALL damaged when they arrived due to terrible packaging from the seller (the piece of cardboard protecting the cards was too short and all of them were bent). Pokemon cards lose virtually all of their value when they are significantly damaged and most of these were vintage cards.
Whatnot is denying a refund because they were damaged during transit, but the issue was on the seller for using poor packaging. The seller has responded saying they will send replacements, but that was weeks ago and I haven’t been able to get an update. Anyone have any advice on what I should do? Thanks!
