in other tunings can you tune to flat notes or are they always considered sharp? like could we say B flat, E flat and A flat instead of A# D# and G# in this particular tuning? and if so, what determines wether they are written as sharp or flat. Im really interested in learning music theory and I wonder lots of random questions like this.
