A former co-worker left my local news station about a year ago for a new job. (We’re creative services)

He recently posted a reel on social that includes commercials and station promos from our station.

I’ve heard multiple people in the management ring discussing a cease and desist.

Really rubs me the wrong way, because it is something he created, but I’m curious about the actual legality surrounding it.

It does feel like some major pettiness on the side of our station.
