I’m sure something is just wired wrong, but I looked at a picture of where everything was plugged in when I installed the new one, it just doesn’t turn on now

Specs:

CPU: i7 9700k

GPU: 1660 ti

Mobo: Gigabyte H310M A 2.0

PSU: MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5

I’m not sure what else to list so just ask me about any other components and I’ll let you know

Edit: SOLVED

Turns out it was that I had the GPU cable plugged into the CPU slot. I went and re wired everything and it works now. Thanks for the help!
